Party Extras
If you know what kind of party you want, or need any further information, just get in touch, and we’ll happily help you organise your event. You should consider the following before contacting us:
Please don’t book a venue until you have given us a call. We may not have the specific time you require. We are happy to give you day and time options before you get in touch with a hall, and we can also hold slots provisionally for you until you are ready to confirm a venue (We will hold provisional bookings for 48 hours, but will extend this provided you contact us within this time to inform us of any difficulties in securing a venue).
We are available for parties after school and at weekends. During the week, we can offer slots at anytime from 4.00 p.m., and at weekends, we have slots at 11.00 am-1.00 pm, 12.00-2.00 pm, 2.00-4.00 pm and 3.00-5.00 pm (we are unable to offer a 1.00-3.00 pm slot). We can do bookings out-with these time slots, but availability may be limited, so please call if you have an enquiry.
If you stay in the Lanarkshire area and still don’t have a facility arranged, remember that we can now offer The Academy in Uddingston as an option. At only £35.00 hall hire for a 2 hour party, you get great value for money and the comfort of organising everything with just one call.
If you are not sure about venues, we’re also happy to recommend any that we have used and found suitable in the past.
We are happy to travel to any area to run a party provided it fits in with existing bookings and enough time is available to travel to and from an event. A supplementary charge will be added to cover travel costs. You will be advised of this at the time of booking.
We do not require a deposit with a booking but we do need the following details to confirm everything; child’s name, age, venue, date and time of party, parent’s first name, home and mobile numbers, e-mail and house address.
As well as the above, you can also let us know if you would like to receive our complimentary invitations (which can be sent to you or collected, depending on what suits), and whether you would like our help in providing Food Boxes or Party Bags. If you are not sure about these at the time of booking, you can still arrange this provided we have at least 1 week’s notice.
Once we have all your details and you are happy to confirm your booking verbally, we will finalise the arrangements on our system. If you want invitations, we will get them to you around 4 weeks prior to the event, and we will then make one final call to you during the week of the party. This is a courtesy call to confirm all the details and update numbers. We will try both numbers when doing this, but if for any reason you haven’t heard from us 2 days before the event, please give us a call.
You can arrange a booking by calling us on any of the numbers listed on the contact page, or by using the form on this page (under ‘Reason for Contact’, just click on ‘check availability’). You can also e-mail us directly on info@future-stars.co.uk.
Please note that our main office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9.30 a.m.-2.30 p.m. If you call outside these hours, we may still be available to answer your call, but if not, just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Due to our busy schedule, we may not be able to return any calls at the weekend.The following prices relate to the costs for Birthday Parties and Special Events. The basic price covers the cost of the party (up to 40 children), set-up and clear-up time and complimentary invitations. The basic costs stated are indicative of parties within our local area. Supplementary charges will be made based on the required traveling distance and where numbers require additional staffing. You will be given a precise quote at the time of booking, and this figure will remain, regardless of any price increases between the initial booking and the actual event.
At present, all parties are to be paid in full on the day of the party. You are also welcome to pay in advance if this suits at all. Please hand your payment to a member of the Future Stars team. We can accept either cash or cheque, which should be made payable to “Future Stars (Scotland) Ltd.“.
Please note that we apply a supplementary charge of £0.75 (per box) for all food boxes that have been pre-ordered but not used at the party.

Our buffet selections are based on what we know kids like to eat and most importantly, are not excessive when it comes to sugar and salt content. Generally, we require at least one week’s notice if you wish a buffet but can wait till 2 days beforehand to confirm definite numbers.
*We also ask that you inform us in advance about any special dietary requirements relating to the food.
Party Bags
We can supply for you a general party bag or one themed to your choice. Our standard bag includes items such as :
We can also provide you with specific bags (ask us about our available themes) to fit in with other aspects of your party. If possible, we ask that you confirm the addition of party bags at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Personalised Invitations
As an added option, we can print out personalised invitations for the party. These include the child’s name, party details and contact numbers. We aim to send these out between 3 and 4 weeks prior to the party but can send them out sooner should you request this. This service is optional but is complimentary with any booking.
Themed Accessories
If you want to add some special touches to your party, we can also arrange themed accessories for you. These can include plates, cups, tablecovers, napkins, balloons, banners, invites, hats and candles. Feel free to contact us even if you’re not having a Future Stars Party.
