Fun Fitness, Sports and Movement

Our classes are suitable for both boys and girls aged 3 – 5 years and can be adapted according to the development stage of each child.

Each session utilises a wide range of equipment including space hoppers, parachute, balls, beanbags and multi-coloured cones. We use the equipment in group games, relays, team sports and races. This class is very active and the children are on the go throughout.

The emphasis of the class is on enjoyment and participation, it offers a fun addition to regular activities. All elements of physical, emotional and social development are catered for and each exercise is broken down to make it accessable for all levels.

Below is an example of what a 6 week schedule can include:

Week 1: Fun Mix – space hoppers, parachute, cone and ball games

Week 2: Imaginative Mix – jungle warm up, join the train, what can you see?

Week 3: Tig and Chase Mix – crazy frog tig, treasure hunt, beat the balls

Week 4: Ring Games Mix – table football, cat and mouse, beachball crazy

Week 5: Parachute Mix – colour swap, round the world, burst the bubble

Week 6: Fun Mix – music madness, tidy your room, target challenge
