Active Party Options
Fit Stars
It’s literally all fun and games at this active party for boys and girls. Kids participate in a range of games, challenges, relays and circuits using space hoppers, parachutes, balls, beanbags and cones. This party guarantees lots of smiles and plenty of peace for parents.
This party provides a move away from traditional games and the activities are created to involve all members of the group, with participation and fun being the key aims. The party is very active and the kids are on the go throughout. As well as all the play equipment, we also bring a music system to provide an accompaniment to the games. There’s also a few special treats for the birthday child.
Time: This party generally lasts for 2 hours (1 1/2 hours for 4 year olds). This time includes a break for food, which normally takes place at the halfway point.
Parental Involvement: How much you get involved is completely up to you, but generally, we’ll take care of everything during the 2 hour party, although it has been known for some parents (and grannies!!) to join in. We do require assistance at times for toilet trips or a comforting shoulder for knocks (to the kids that is!).
Clothing: Participants should wear comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for running around in.
Numbers: This is dictated mainly by the size of the venue you have. Our average party is between 25 and 35 kids. Our minimum number is 8.
Facility: Ideally suited to a large hall or community centre. A clear and open space works best. If you’re not sure, don’t hesitate to ask.
Sport Stars
Does your team have what it takes to reach the top? This active party combines adapted sports and team games including dodgeball, target challenge, volleyball, gladiators, cone steal and more.
With a more competitive edge, participants take part in a number of group games and challenges. With rivalries to settle and certificates and bragging rights up for grabs, there’s plenty to play for. Each party is very active and can be adapted according to the size of group you have.
Time: This party generally lasts for 2 hours. This also includes time to stop for food.
Parental Involvement: It’s your choice if you want to join a team and have some fun, but if you’re not used to being picked last, you may not want to volunteer. We’ll organise all the activities here.
Clothing: Kids should wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for running around in.
Numbers: This is dictated mainly by the size of the venue. Our average party is for between 15 and 25 kids.
Facility: Like the Fit Stars Party, this is also suited to a large hall or community centre. A clear and open space works best. We can advise you here if you need help in finding somewhere.
Soccer Stars
Kick off your party in style and join in with our fun matches, skills challenges, penalty competitions and team games at this party for boys and girls. We can make the party all football or adapt it to include other games but with a soccer theme.
This party can be organised regardless of whether you are holding it at a football-specific facility or in a large hall. We can also do quizzes and competitions during the eating section of the party. We also supply certificates for star players and bring balls and cones with us.
Time: This party generally lasts for 2 hours, but is often dictated by the availability of the facility. Time for food is also dependent on the facility.
Parental Involvement: We know that quite a few dads like joining in on this one, but if that’s too energetic for you, we’ll take care of everything.
Clothing: This is dependent again on the facility and whether the party is indoors or outdoors. If outdoors, lots of thin layers and football boots/trainers should be worn. If indoors, comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for running around in should be worn. Remember to bring a jacket or jumper, even when indoors, as you will get hot at the party and will therefore need to keep warm when you go back outside.
Numbers: This is dictated by the size of the venue. Our average party is for between 15 and 25 kids.

As well as the organisation of all the party games and activities, we are also able to offer a number of extras that may be helpful to you when planning your party. These include:

Personalised Invitations
As an added option, we can print out personalised invitations for the party. These include the child’s name, party details and contact numbers. We aim to send these out between 3 and 4 weeks prior to the party but can send them out sooner should you request this.
*This service is optional but is complimentary with any booking.
Party Buffet
We can also assist you with your catering requirements by providing a Party Box for each child. This includes items such as
- sandwiches
- juice
- fruit
- crisps
- biscuits
- jelly
Alongside this, we can also supply extra juice and table coverings. Our buffet selections are based on what we know kids like to eat and most importantly, are not excessive when it comes to sugar and salt content. Generally, we require at least one week’s notice if you wish a buffet but can wait till 2 days beforehand to confirm definite numbers.
*We also ask that you inform us in advance about any special dietry requirements relating to the food.
Party Bags
We can supply for you a general party bag or one themed to your choice. Our standard bag includes items such as :
- pencil or crayons
- toys
- sweets
- and more
We can also provide you with specific bags (ask us about our available themes) to fit in with other aspects of your party. If possible, we ask that you confirm the addition of party bags at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Themed Accessories
If you want to add some special touches to your party, we can also arrange themed accessories for you. These can include plates, cups, tablecovers, napkins, balloons, banners, invites, hats and candles. Feel free to contact us even if you’re not having a Future Stars Party.
